All Sun fabric products can be printed upon with any of the ink platforms like solvent, eco-solvent, UV, and Latex. Along with high-quality print finish and durability, all Sun Fabric products are tested to be 100% PVC free by the International purity certification body SGS Global.
Our range of products are environment friendly, sustainable and contains no pollution-causing PVC plastic in its composition. We use 100% pure polyester and cotton material to develop our products. All our products are perfectly layered with non-toxic prime which allows bright vibrant colors to be printed in no time. Our fabrics can be printed with any pigment-based inks which allows better print durability compared than dye-based inks. Our product range is compatible with Latex, UV, Solvent and eco-solvent paint technology and are adjustable to the profile of any printer. Sun Fabric’s printable fabric products are environment friendly. We offer PVC free fabrics for commercial printing purposes, our range of cotton fabrics are biodegradable and our range of polyester fabric is recyclable. Our products are pre-treated with a special prime coating which allows bright vibrant colors to be printed using any print mechanisms including solvent, eco-solvent latex and UV. Similar to banner wielding all our fabric are seamable, which gives you the flexibility to create large custom size prints.
